MISSION:

Mesquite Creek Subdivision management is to promote residential living on reservation lands to bring about maximum return for such land commensurate with applicable land use restrictions and in the best interest of Indian landowners and the Tribe. To provide assistance to individual members and homeowners and the Tribe in negotiations and advertisement of residential lands to obtain the highest and best use.

Mesquite Creek is located off of Boundary Cone Road, offers a beautiful clubhouse, swimming pool and spa, three-hole golf course, recreational vehicle storage area, horseshoe pits, basketball hoop and a desert landscape park to stroll through.

SERVICES AVAILABLE:

  • Provide Assistance for Utility hook-up to new/current Tribal Members

 

  • Promote Residential Homeownership

 

  • Provide Residential Living on Tribal Land for Tribal and Non-Tribal

 

  • Prepare Leases and Title status reports for recording purposes
